Newmont Intranet Cross Cultural Induction
This site was created for Newmont Australia, previously Normandy Mining to use on their intranet to introduce new and existing staff to aboriginal issues. Over 16 hours of linear content was created by the JABA team after conducting recording and photographic sessions in locations such as the Granites Gold Mine in the Tanami Desert, Northern Territory.
Many subjects are covered by multiple people with different perspectives to provide the most comprehensive cross cultural induction course ever developed online.
There is a guided tour which automatically selects a variety of content and ends with a knowledge quiz to test the users comprehension. Newmont Australia administrators can track the progress of any user to determine the users level of understanding of the cross cultural issues presented.
